Well, I guess I didn't have enough pain in my life. I went ahead and submitted a piece of flash fiction to an anthology ... first one for 2012. Now, I can wait for the reply with fear, dread and trepidation (which is basically fear and dread squared). For me, this is the hardest part ... waiting to find out if my story was good enough for my chosen market.

In the meantime, classes start tomorrow. I'll probably try to find something new to write in those periods when my homework is done.
